Es ist immer eine gute Idee in der Villa Volpi zu feiern, zu tagen und eine wunderbare Zeit zu haben!

Gerne dazu ein paar Infos:

Salons:
in den zusammenhängenden Räumen im Erdgeschoss, mit großer Terrasse zum See, können bis zu 120 Personen gesetzt an runden Tischen speisen.

Taverne:
die Taverne ist ein Gewölberaum, ebenfalls mit Blick zum See und direktem Ausgang zum Garten.
Die Taverne eignet sich zum Tanzen (Disco und Open Bar), oder für den Apero im Fall von Regenwetter.

Zimmer/Apartments:
Es können ca. 20 Personen übernachten (zusätzliche Kinderbettchen sind möglich). Das Büro und die Räume im Erdgeschoss die vom Eigentümer bewohnt werden sowie die private Wohnung des Hausmeisters und seiner Familie können nicht angemietet werden. Ein Taxi-Shuttle zu den Hotels ist allerdings möglich.

Musik:
im Freien ist Musik bis 24:00 Uhr erlaubt. Sollten alle Zimmer gemietet werden gibt es in der Taverne die Möglichkeit die Hauseigene Musikanlage zu mieten und bis 3:00 Uhr morgens weiter zu feiern.

Catering / Planung:

Nach Ihrer Buchung erhalten Sie von uns eine Liste mit allen Kontakten die bereits in der Villa Volpi tätig waren und mit denen gute Erfahrungen gemacht wurden.

Hierzu ein kleiner Hinweis: Wie erhalten weder vom Caterer, Weddingplaner noch sonstigen externen Anbietern eine Provision. Wir geben diese Kontakte aber deshalb gerne weiter, weil wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben und ein vollständig gelungenes Fest wiederrum ein gutes Licht auf die Villa Volpi wirft. Wir möchten, dass Sie, wie auch viele andere unserer Gäste, auch nach Jahren  wieder kommen und auch Ihre Jubiläumsfeiern bei uns verbringen.

Da wir keine Konzession für Gastronomie haben, muss diesbezüglich alles durch einem Caterer organisiert werden. Eigenverantwortliche Ausrichtungen sind nach diversen schlechten Erfahrungen leider nicht mehr möglich.

Freie Termine:
Bitte planen Sie so früh wie möglich, damit wir die anderen Buchungen entsprechend legen können.

Wir laden Sie ein, die Villa zu besichtigen. Wir haben auch einen Ordner mit Photos voriger Arrangements die für Sie eine Inspiration sein können.

Salons:
there are 2 big rooms connected at the first floor with a huge terrasse facing the lake.
Up to 120 persons can be placed around round tables for Dinner.

Tavern:
the tavern is a vault room also with a view to the lake and an exit into the garden.
The tavern can be used for dancing (disco and open bar) or for the apero if its raining.

Rooms/Appartments:
There is place for about 20 person + small beds for children that can sleep in the Villa Volpi. The office and the private rooms where the owner is living as well as the private appartment of the facility manager and his family are not available for rent. A shuttle service to hotels indeed is possible.

Music:
outside its possible to have music until midnight. If you are going to book all apartments there is the possibility to rent an available music system for playing music in the tavern until 3:00am.

Catering / planning:

After your booking we will supply you with all contacts of companies and suppliers which have worked in the Villa Volpi before and with whom there where made good experiences.

Note: we don't get any participation from the caterer or weddingplaner nore any other external company. Still we like to forward those contacts, because we had good experiences and a completely successfull event will also reflect to the Villa Volpi. We want you, like many other of our guests, to return even after years and also celebrate your anniversaries with us.

Since we have got no certifacte to offer food and drinks, all of those organisation has to be made by a caterer. Private organisation unfortunatly is not possible anymore, after several bad experience with that.

Booking:
bookings should be done as soon as possible, for us to keep the whole villa available for events.

For your guests that might not sleep in the Villa Volpi there is also a taxi shuttle service available.
